I designed AOS Avionics Test Leads after 36 years of Aircraft Maintenance experience.
Testing Aircraft wiring in the Line or Hangar environment can be difficult.
Reading prints and carrying a meter in a confined, cramped place adds to the difficulty. Once you find the connector, you may not have the right test leads to connect to your meter or other test equipment. Or maybe you are working in a remote spot and left your tangled testing wires in your toolbox.
With AOS Avionics Test Leads you can just reach into your pocket and have everything you need to get connected.
Shown With Optional Lanyard/Jumper Clips
Designed as a compact, rugged tool to carry in your pocket.
With 8 of the most commonly used pins and sockets and gauges.

All of the contacts are aerospace grade gold plated and precise.

Form and Function
WARNING: WORKING ON LIVE CIRCUITS IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. THE TEST LEAD PINS ARE ALL ELECTRICALLY COMMON. CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO PROPERLY STOW THE TEST LEAD WIRES THAT ARE NOT BEING USED INTO THE INSULATED CASE TO AVOID ELECTRICAL SHOCK.
WHILE CHECKING CONTINUITY, IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO STOW THE OTHER WIRES TO GET AN ACCURATE READING.
PLEASE WATCH VIDEO BELOW FOR AN EXAMPLE OF PROPER SET UP AND USE.
